DUE TO COVID-19, ALL ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE LONGER THAN NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES.  A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE CANNOT BE PROVIDED.  WE ARE SHIPPING TO UK, EUROPE, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, & USA.  SHIPPING HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE REST OF WORLD TEMPORARILY.

All deliveries include a tracking number except for sale/clearance items.
Please remember postal delays are a potential possibility especially during peak times.  Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.
Therefore, it's advised to order at least 3-4 weeks before your event to avoid disappointment.

Domestic Shipping (UK)
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout.
Royal Mail Second Class:  4-10 business days
First Class:  1-4 business days
First Class Signed For:  1-4 business days after posting
These are an estimate delivery time.

International Shipping (outside the United Kingdom)
Europe:  10-15 business days
All other locations (US, Canada, Australia, Africa, Asia):  15-20 business days

Saudi Arabia:  Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Saudi Arabia.  It is no longer offered due to all my past orders were not getting delivered by Saudi post and was returned to sender.

If your order does not arrive after the number of days listed below based on your location, then please send a message via the Contact Us link on this website or via shinebrightstickers@gmail.com making sure to include your order number.

UK
According to the Royal Mail website, if the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days, then a claim can be submitted.   If your order has not arrived, then it cannot be re-sent until the number of days listed below is passed: 
Second Class - 13 business days
First Class - 12 business days

Europe
According to the Royal Mail website, if the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 20 working days, then a claim can be submitted.  If your order has not arrived, then it cannot be re-sent until 25 working days has passed.  

Rest of World
According to the Royal Mail website, if the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 25 working days, then a claim can be submitted.  If your order has not arrived, then it cannot be re-sent until 32 working days has passed.
